  • 1/2 litre pastry cream
  • 4 baskets raspberries
  • icing sugar

Technical stages for Raspberry Pie :

  • Prepare a shortcrust pastry shell. . Meanwhile, prepare the pastry cream.
  • Spread the cold pastry cream onto the baked shell.
