Cook the fruit on the stove for about 10 minutes.
Cover with the rolled out puff pastry.
Fold in the sides down to the bottom of the mold.
Bake in hot oven, 180°C for 30 minutes.
When finished, remove from the mold when hot.
Baste with inflamed very hot rum.
