For this recipe, you need :

  • 3 mangos
  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 80 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla sugar
  • dark rum

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out a disk larger than the diameter of the tart mold.

Caramelize the sugar and butter in the bottom of the mold.
