Flambé Tart with Peasant's Fruits

	1 Prepare all the ingredients.
	2 Soak the raisins in a little warm water.
	3 Roll out the shortcrust pastry...

	15 About 15 minutes before serving, preheat the oven at 200°C.
	16 Spread honey on the fruits...
	17 ...and sprinkle with walnuts.
	18 Bake for about 5 minutes.
	19 Meanwhile, heat the selected alcohol in a small saucepan.
	20 When beginning to boil, light it...
	21 ...and pour it on the tart just out of the oven. Serve immediately.
