Mirabelle plum pie

Mirabelle plum pie

Ingredients for Mirabelle plum pie :

  • 250 g pastry dough
  • 500 g g fresh mirabelle plums or a can of mirabelle plums in syrup
  • 25 g flour
  • 50 g heavy cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg

Technical stages for Mirabelle plum pie :

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C or 356°F, mark 7.
  • Roll out the pastry dough.
  • Line a greased pan with the pastry and bake it blind.
  • Wash and drain the mirabelle plums, Halve them and put them on the pastry with the outside facing the shell.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg and flour together.
  • Add the sugar and later the heavy cream. Pour this mix onto the fruits and bake for 35 minutes in a warm oven.
  • Serve warm or cold.
