Tart and Quiche

For this recipe, you need :

  • shortcrust pastry :
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • water
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g crème fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 kg onions
  • 1/2 glass water
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Prepare the shortcrust pastry with the ingredients. Let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Peel and mince the onions. Cook them in a pan with a mix of oil and 25 g of butter, but do not let them become golden. Add salt and pepper.
  • Whisk the eggs and cream, add salt and pepper.
  • Butter a pie pan.
  • Roll out the pastry and ease into the pan. Put the onions, pout the mixture you just prepared on top of it.
  • Bake in warm oven for about 20 minutes.
