Quetsch Plum Pie

Ingredients for Quetsch Plum Pie :

  • 250 g shortcrust pastry
  • 1 kg questch plums
  • 120 g powdered sugar

Technical stages for Quetsch Plum Pie :

  • Butter a pie pan, roll out the dough to 2 mm thickness and ease into the pan.
  • Halve the plums, remove the stone, and put the fruits in a rosette pattern on the dough.
  • Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake in warm oven for 35 minutes.
