  • 400 g flaky pastry
  • 1 kg pears
  • 140 g sugar
  • 50 g butter

Prepare all ingredients:

In a baking pan, make a blend caramel with sugar and butter directly on the heat.

Once well coloured, peel and seed the pears.

Cut them in half lengthwise and cut each half in three pieces.

Line the pears in the bottom of the pan.

Place the mold on heat and cook the pears about 10 minutes so that they soak in well the caramel.

Roll out the flaky pastry...

Line the mold with the pastry...

...and stick the sides beteween the mold and its sides.

Poke the surface of the pastry using a fork.

Bake 30 minutes in hot oven, 180°C.

...remove immediately the tart onto a serving dish by placing the mold on it and flipping it in one movement. Watch for splashes !!!
