  • Bake blind.
  • Garnish each shell with citronner cream. Let it set in the fridge.
  • Decorate with italian meringue with a crimpled pastry bag.
  • Bake in a warm oven for a few second to brown slightly the meringue. You may also use a torch.
  • Keep refrigerated.
