Tart and Quiche

Pumpkin and Seafood Gratiné Tartlets

For this recipe, you need :

  • 400 g de potiron
  • seafood
  • 300 g puff pastry
  • 1 onion
  • butter
  • 5 tsp crème fraîche
  • 2 cl cognac
  • grated cheese (emmental)
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Peel and thinly slice the pumpkin (5 mm thick slices). Place under running water to humidify the slices. Cook in micro-wave in a hollow dish covered with plastic film for a few minutes (according to the power of your micro-wave) until tender.
  • In a frying pan, sweat the onions in butter, add the crème fraîche, cognac, chopped parsley and shelled seafood.
  • Lightly salt . Add pepper.
  • reduce the sauce for a few minutes.
  • Roll out the puff pastry. ease each individual mold, prick the dough with a fork and garnish each mold with pumpkin slices. Then cover with seafood sauce.
  • Add grated cheese and bake in warm oven (180°C or 356°F) for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve very hot along with salad.
