Technical stages for Candied Tomatoes :
- Peel 8 tomatoes.
- Cut them in 4, remove gently the core and seeds, keep aside if you want to use them somewhere else.
- Put the pieces of tomato on baking paper, add pepper and pour a bit of oil on top. Bake at 50°C or 122°F for 2 hours approximately.
- Keep refrigerated.
