Ingredients for Candied Tomatoes :

  • 8 tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Technical stages for Candied Tomatoes :

  • Peel 8 tomatoes.
  • Cut them in 4, remove gently the core and seeds, keep aside if you want to use them somewhere else.
  • Put the pieces of tomato on baking paper, add pepper and pour a bit of oil on top. Bake at 50°C or 122°F for 2 hours approximately.
  • Keep refrigerated.
