Prepare all ingredients:
Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the top, scoop out the pulp and add salt inside.
Flip them over on a rack coated with a cloth.
Dice the mozzarella and cut the seeded bell pepper into strips.
Peel and cut the cucumber in pieces.
In a salad bowl, mix all together with vinegar, lemon juice, 3 tsp olive oil, salt, 5 coriander seeds and crushed peppercorn.
Dry the inside of the tomatoes with paper towel.
Fill them with the prepared items.
Decorate with one pepper and olives. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Place the tomatoes on plates. Decorate with basil and crushed peppercorn. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
