Tortilla

Ingredients for Tortilla :

  • 4 to 6 eggs
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 nice potatoes
  • 200 g smoked bacon cut into bits
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a bowl or a shallow dish, break the whole eggs. Add salt and pepper.

Dice the cooled cooked potatoes.

Add them to the beaten eggs fried veggies too.

Mix well using a wooden spoon. Adjust the seasoning.
