Ingredients for Tortillas with avocado cream :

  • 1 pack of tortillas chips
  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • tabasco
  • salt

Technical stages for Tortillas with avocado cream :

  • Split the avocadoes in 2, remove the pit and peel the halves.
  • Cut the pulp in pieces. Place them in the bowl of your food processor.
  • Press the lime and sprinkle over the pieces of avocado.
  • Add salt then a few drops of tobasco.
  • Peel the garlic and pass in the garlic-press over the bowl of the food processor, then blend.
  • Place one teaspoon of avocado cream on each tortilla and line them on a dish.
