Tortillas with avocado cream
Technical Stages :
- Split the avocadoes in 2, remove the pit and peel the halves.
- Cut the pulp in pieces. Place them in the bowl of your food processor.
- Press the lime and sprinkle over the pieces of avocado.
- Add salt then a few drops of tobasco.
- Peel the garlic and pass in the garlic-press over the bowl of the food processor, then blend.
- Place one teaspoon of avocado cream on each tortilla and line them on a dish.
