Ingredients for Honey Spare Ribs :

  • 4 pork spare ribs
  • 5 tablespoons acacia honey
  • 5 tablespoon s Dijon mustard
  • 8 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Honey Spare Ribs :

  • Cut the spare ribs to have 2 bones for each piece.
  • Bring water to a boiling point. When boiling, drop the ribs (without the fat if there was any) into it and for 5 minutes.
  • Drain, let cool.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Put the honey, mustard, soya sauce, ginger and crushed garlic in a bowl. Add the spareribs and marinate for 3 hours.
  • Cook on a barbecue or in the oven. Serve with Basmati rice.
